A regenerating sanctuary surrounded by breathtaking landscapes, ideal for those seeking an escape from the rush

Each room is connected to a typical Sardinian plant, to its colour (chromotherapy) and to its essence (aromatherapy). The colour (environment, walls, furnishings and linens, lights in the shower) has an effect on body, mind and spirit; the essential oil (in the essence burner and on the trunk in the headboard of the bed) also has an effect on body, mind and spirit, which strengthens the effect of the colour.

You can book each room in its single, double, matrimonial or triple version. You will have everything you need for breakfast in your room.

To make your stay even more special, we offer the possibility to book additional services such as relaxing massages, tastings, guided tours of Tepilora Park with an environmental guide, or advice to explore the surroundings in complete freedom.

You will live an authentic and regenerating experience, immersing yourself in the uncontaminated beauty of our island.

All rooms are equipped with private entrance, private bathroom with shower and bidet, organic soaps and essential oils from the island, air conditioning / heating, fridge with minibar, glass cups and bottle opener, wi-fi network.

A journey into prehistory just steps from the sea

For your stay at Essenza, you can choose from 4 exclusive pinnetto-rooms, the typical huts of central Sardinia, made up of a circular stone base and a covering of branches on a frame of sturdy tree limbs.

They are finely furnished in an essential style, as in ancient times, and echo the original elements of Sardinian homes: raw concrete floors, the electrical system with exposed braids and ceramic knobs, wrought-iron lamps and rustic shutters on the windows…

The very structure of Essenza is a reconstruction of the ancient quadrilobate nuraghe (that is, a single central space with four circular rooms at the corners), just like the Nuraghe San Pietro that we have down in the valley.

A journey into prehistory just steps from the sea, the only location in Sardinia with such a strong connection between historical-cultural heritage and a vocation for sustainable tourism.

Like in a small museum, we preserve elements of historical relevance and Sardinian antiques such as centuries-old stools and braziers, ancient baskets for pane carasau, primitive musical instruments and much more; within the one-hectare estate, we have preserved intact the original sheepfold of the shepherds who, centuries ago, were already grazing their livestock here.

Your experience will be further enriched by in-room aromatherapy, with a selection of the island’s finest essential oils, designed to give you moments of pure wellbeing.
